1.1 Use of the 357jl platform is restricted to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account with 357jl, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2 To register an account with 357jl, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
1.3 Access to 357jl is available only to persons physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using 357jl is legal in your jurisdiction. 357jl accepts no liability for use of the platform in breach of local laws.

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 357jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party.
2.2 You agree to notify 357jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 357jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2.3 Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under a different name or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 357jl's discretion.
2.4 Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your 357jl account or any rights therein to any other person.
3.1 357jl accepts deposits through GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the 357jl platform at the time of transaction.
3.2 All funds deposited into your 357jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 357jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be reversed and the account flagged for review.
3.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where 357jl agrees otherwise in writing. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 357jl targets GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times are not guaranteed and may vary.
3.4 357jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Where withholding is required by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law, 357jl will notify you as soon as permitted.
3.5 All transactions on the 357jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the rates applied by the relevant payment provider.
4.1 All gaming activities on 357jl — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
4.2 357jl uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all digital games and streams live dealer games from accredited studios. All game outcomes are final once the relevant round has concluded and results have been confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
4.3 Sports betting markets, odds, and lines are subject to change up until the time a bet is accepted and confirmed. Confirmed bets at the stated odds are binding. 357jl reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, manifest odds error, or market malfunction.
4.4 Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 357jl. These limits are displayed within each game or market. 357jl reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at any time.
5.1 All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by 357jl are subject to specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.
5.2 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered using real-money bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
5.3 357jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time where it has reason to believe the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
5.4 Welcome bonuses are available to new 357jl accounts only and may be claimed once per person, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all associated winnings voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 357jl platform:
7.1 All content on the 357jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 357jl or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 357jl.
7.2 The 357jl name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or website is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 357jl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
8.2 357jl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 357jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 357jl does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or events outside 357jl's reasonable control (including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or PAGCOR regulatory directives) may result in temporary service interruptions.
8.4 Participation in gambling activities involves financial risk. 357jl bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. Players are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.
9.1 357jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (b) the Terms have been materially breached; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; (d) compliance with a PAGCOR directive or Philippine law requires suspension; or (e) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
9.2 Upon termination for breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.
9.3 Players may close their 357jl account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. A positive balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
10.1 357jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to support player wellbeing.

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 357jl's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction in Metro Manila.
11.3 Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to file a complaint directly with PAGCOR regarding 357jl's conduct as a licensed operator.
12.1 357jl may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 357jl will provide notice via email to the registered account email address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
12.2 Your continued use of the 357jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
